Do My PowerPoint Presentations Need To Be Making More Visually Attractive?
Do My PowerPoint Presentations Need To Be Making More Visually Attractive?Every office needs a PowerPoint presentation. PowerPoint can deliver all the information that a person needs in just a few minutes. Many of us don't have a lot of money and might need to take PowerPoint presentations on the road with us. So, what should you be on the lookout for?First, keep in mind that many of these templates can't be shared. If someone takes your PowerPoint presentation, you won't have access to it. Remember, the goal is to capture a business proposal or presentation so you want your presentation to be useful.I have a habit of saving the originals and using them as a template for a presentation that is still recognizable because I keep a second original for reference purposes. Keep that in mind when you choose a presentation design.Next, don't save the presentation in one version only. Save in two formats, one in the Microsoft word format and the other as an image file. You will end up saving a lot more time and money if you have different versions of the presentation.I use my presentations in two different formats. The first is the slide show presentation, which I use for meetings and the second is the audio recording. I find that the slide show presentation is easier to read, readability is very important when it comes to any presentation. For your presentation, you will want to use a header and a list so that you can allow the eye to travel around the slide. If you give away the entire presentation, you may get lost trying to go back to see where you left off.I find that I have a difficult time remembering what I just did or where I was in the previous slide. However, if I can rewind and go to a point in the slide, I am able to hear myself talk and quickly take notes on what I need to.A long presentation can get boring after a while so don't become too involved in each and every slide. You can choose to cut out sections of your presentation and continue the next part with your colleague.
